Terms of Service

1. Accounts

When you purchase an audiobook, we create a listening account for you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Account access is non-transferable.

2. Purchases

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive access to the audiobook via your listening account. Digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. License

Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and download the audiobook for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: share your account credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the storefront, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

AudioBooks Channel provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time via support@audiobooks.channel.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

8. Governing Law
